1. BJT Parameter Calculator

This calculator is intended to show you quickly and easily the relationship between BJT parameters and such things as gm and input resistance. It is only valid at room temperature and is not intended to replace a simulator.

2. VBE Calculator

This calculator allows you to input values for IS, area and collector current for two transistors. The calculator will then give you the VBE for the two transistors and the difference between them. Again, it is only valid at room temperature.
