The University of Bolton has recently developed a system for collecting feedback on all its courses. This is a central facility which will inform course teams how they are perceived in relation to the average across the university. Courses teams will be able to use this information to identify good practice and concentrate on improving modules that are reported less favourably.
The sytem is completely anonymous. Information provided is kept in a database without any means of tracing its origin. The only record kept is that something has been submitted for a particular module. This is necessary to avoid the possibility of multiple submissions from one person skewing the average.
The university system will list all the modules you have ever been enrolled on. Selecting each in turn, you will be presented with a short list of statements to rank a response from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree". At the end there is a text box for anything you like to say about the module.
1. All the information you provide is anonymous
2. You can only ever submit a response once for each module. For that reason we advise leaving it until you have received all the feedback from the tutor and the final mark for the module.
3. Click on the link below to go to the feedback page. For username and password, please follow the instructions.
Username: your Windows login (e.g. ra1ect)
Password: your date of birth in the form: yyyy-mm-dd
Note that the year comes first and the two dashes need to be included.
e.g. 1973-05-02

4. Thank you for taking the time to use this facility. Your input will improve the provision for future students.
If you experience any problem with the above facility, please email Chris Frost on c.frost@bolton.ac.uk
