| The aim of the project is to develop a data logging device which has four analogue input channels which can be used with a 4 - 20 mA instrumentation input. It should be capable of logging data at time intervals as set by the user in its initial configurations. The device should be able to store upto 8000 readings. The output should be in a suitable form for use with an EXCEL spreadsheet. Technical Research Design and develop suitable interface circuits. Develop and program a suitable microcontroller. Integrate design into a commercial beta version product. Develop a software user friendly interface for config and download. Consider full DfM analysis on finished beta version. Resulting project a mix of hardware and software application. | |
